Pakistan a Happier Countray than India, Says UN World Happiness Report
The report of the UN Sponserd World Happiness index for 2024 was released on Wednesday (World Happiness Day). Finland remained the world’s happiest country for consecutive seven years followed by other Nordic countries Denmark, Iceland, and Sweden shining in the top 10.
Pakistan ranked (108) in the index coming ahead of its rival India and other South Asian Nations. India ranked (126), Bangladesh (129) and Sri Lanka (128). However, Pakistan dropped its rank compared to the previous report in 2023 in which Pakistan was (103) and now in 2024 (108).

for the first time since the report was published the United States and Germany are not among the top 20 countries. The United States and Germany are ranked at 23 and 24 place respectively. Costa Rica and Qatar entered the top 20 at 12 and 13 positions respectively.
